"Emmanuela's classes are tough! She controls the room with her voice & her no-nonsense manner. She challenges you to control every movement by thinking about what you are doing at all times. Every movement is deliberate! She makes you want to do each exercise exactly right. Her determination for all to have correct technique carries through to the participant encouraging you to want to do better. It is obvious that she puts a lot of thought & planning into each & every class which I appreciate because it feels as though each exercise is improving my fitness. I eagerly anticipate which movements she will have us do & afterwards, I feel that I have done a lot of good for my body & my mind because of the effort she expects & the concentration it takes to do the movements correctly. It's a great way to start my day & if I am unable to get into the class, I am very disappointed!"

Emmanuela guides us through the class reminding us of our form, breathing, and offering alternatives for the tougher moves. The exercises are efficient, that is, we work several body areas during each exercise. Emmanuela is always prepared, prompt, friendly, and down to business to help us get the results we want. This is just the class I needed to keep me committed to a routine and to achieve a stronger and toned body.
