Through posture training, mobility, strength, pelvic floor integration, and breathwork, you'll learn how to support your body in a way that feels empowering — not exhausting.

Pillar 1 — Posture & Mobility

Move with greater ease, alignment, balance, and confidence while reducing stiffness and tension.

Pillar 2 — Functional Strength

Build strength safely using bodyweight-based movement designed to support real life, stability, and longevity.

Pillar 3 — Pelvic Floor & Core Connection

Reconnect to the deep core and pelvic floor through Low Pressure Fitness Hypopressives techniques that support posture, breathing, stability, and confidence.

Pillar 4 — Breathwork & Nervous System Support

Learn breathing practices that improve core function, reduce stress, increase body awareness, and help you feel more grounded and energized.

All online, and you have access to the recordings for each class.

Program Schedule

The CorePostureStrength Method begins

and concludes with an integration session Friday July 10th.

Classes will be recorded

You will also receive an additional recorded class each week to do on your own time.

Suggested Props

  • Yoga mat

  • Small pillow or cushion

A yoga teacher and Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping women reconnect to their bodies through movement, posture, mobility, and nervous system support.
