Why I care so much about Breathing

It all started when I was competing in Figure and wanted to train my waist to be smaller for showtime. I heard about “waist trainers”, so I thought I would give it a try.

Waist trainers can make the waist "look" slimmer, but the problem is:
Waist trainers are meant to squeeze your midsection and “train” your figure into an hourglass shape. They're basically a corset with a modern twist.
I wanted something more, something that would help me get stronger abdominal muscles that would also shape my midsection rather than squeeze it into a shape (which can actually cause muscle weakness due to inactivity of the abdominal wall when wearing the waist trainer!)
That's when I found the LPF system.
This system works the core from the inside out, and it helps with breathing capacity, posture, body awareness and balance.
But not only that, studies show it helps with pelvic floor issues, like prolapse, frequent urination (men and women), and improved back health.
I was hooked! And still love it!
