Is this a workout?
No. This is a somatic, nervous-system–focused experience. While movement is involved, the intention is release, expression, and regulation—not exertion or fitness.
What if I feel shy or uncomfortable moving?
That is very common. The space is intentionally small, dimly lit during the movement portion, and grounded in choice. You are always welcome to move subtly, remain seated, or simply witness.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Bare feet or socks are encouraged.
Do I need to bring anything?
A pillow and blanket for the meditation, and water.
Is this suitable for beginners or sensitive bodies?
Yes. All movements and breath practices are adaptable. This experience is designed to meet you where you are, physically and emotionally.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to limited capacity, all sales are final. If you cannot attend, you may gift your spot to someone else with advance notice.
